“Understanding the Kingdom of God” Lesson 6 – Jesus’ Disciples Preached About the Kingdom of God

In Lesson 6 in the “Understanding the Kingdom of God” series, Dr. Fred Childs continues to reveal the Kingdom of God in understandable terms. In this lesson he addresses some of the New Testament disciples who preached about the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom of our LORD Jesus Christ is the New Testament gospel message.

The Bible consists of two Testaments, the Old and the New. Many kings and their earthly kingdoms are mentioned within. Whenever the Bible speaks of Jesus Christ and His Kingdom it is speaking of the spiritual Kingdom, and not a natural kingdom.

Jesus instructed His followers to seek first the Kingdom of God, and his righteousness. As followers today we should also be seeking and preaching the Kingdom of God.
